Sounds to me like the price of Satellite needs to come _way_ down....
There's two ways to fix this - RH can buy a butt-load of new servers
and bandwidth, or they can find a way to reduce the requirement, and
that's Satellite (and Proxy)

IMO - you should push for a discounted license..... but then that
means you'll have to manage it...
