Good question. I'm interested to hear if a convenient solution exists. I have 4 MD players which I don't use anymore. Once upon a time they seemed like a good idea...
I only have about 60 MDs, but since most were made from CDs I own I just ripped the CDs. For a couple of MDs for which I don't have CDs I "ripped" them by connecting the digital output of a portable MD player to the digital input of my iMac and recording them with GarageBand.
