HI

I'm new to ripping CD's using EAC. I downloaded EAC version .95 beta 4.
I followed directions from Teqnilogik's Exact Audio Guide, and tried
ripping one CD (John Coltrane's Blue Train). Everything seemed to go
smoothly, but I don't know how to now compress in the flac format. I
did locate files for each selection in the profiles folder within the
EAC folder. They are labelled as follows "name of song.mp3 (blue
train.mp3 etc). I thought that mp3 was a lossy format. I am now so
confused that I'm almost ready to give up....but not quite! Your
assistance would be appreciated.
