Lossless is lossless, it's HOW you arrive at the lossless (i.e. the
ripping process) that determines the quality.

If your CDs are in good shape, they should rip in any ripper without
errors.  If they have scratches or damage though, you'll need a secure
ripper program which will attempt to correct the errors or at least
inform you that there were errors.
