Just kicked off a re-encoding marathon earlier today using a combination of Robin's script (many thanks!) and Cygwin. Its working great although I'm not convinced that its using as much CPU as it should - FLAC is showing up in the Windows task manager at around 20% (on a P4 2.8GHz).
