Hi Not sure if I've got max setup correctly. I've just got round to setting up a mac mini and a 320 gig hard drive as a media centre. Trying to get the hang of ripping on a mac without using itunes. I've been having a play with max this afternoon and it seems to take ages to rip directly to flac. Are there any settings to speed this up a bit? I timed it and seemed to take best part of an hour to do one disc! It was more like 20 minutes with eac on the pc. This is the one area where the pc is still ahead. However I really really don't want to have to go back to pc if I can help it.
