That's interesting.  I'd have thought that Dolby Digital was more
widely supported than DTS!  Have you tried streaming a WAV instead of a
FLAC?  It's possible that your wireless network may not be up to it of
course, but if you can stream FLAC'd converted DTS files (which don't
compress well) I'd have thought it would work.  It might be interesting
to see if FLAC versus WAV yields a difference.

Is that one of the 44.1kHz files?  They're already in the right format
for streaming, I believe.  The 48kHz sample file must be converted,
which I presume you're doing else you wouldn't get the light at all.

Are all your speakers hooked up? ;)

I don't believe that would work.  The WAV file doesn't know it contains
AC3 or DTS data -- it thinks it contains normal PCM stereo sound.  DTS
frames within the file are each marked as DTS of course, but that's
part of the format of the DTS frame.  If you changed that, I think the
amp would get a lot more confused!

How does the amp fare with Dolby Digital played direct from a DVD?
