My amp handles DTS fine, and will play AC3, though if I then try to change any of the presets on the amp (delay, etc) it hangs, so there is definitely something odd going on with AC3. The same is true for DVDs encoded in the same way (ie WAV encapsulated). I think I used AC3enc for those too, so I suspect the fault lies there, rather than with spdifconvert.
