Good idea.  I actually did not have seperate artist directories.  I
simply had seperate folders for each album like:

David Bowie - Hunky Dory

and so on.

Now, I have created a seperate folder for each artist and placed these
album folders within them.  Definitely helps.  It does create the
problem of deciding what to do with albums that feature two artists
like:

Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris - All The Roadrunning

Do I file that in another folder labelled Mark Knopfler, or one
labelled Emmylou Harris OR one labelled Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris?
Choices, so many choices.

My library is located on two internal 475 gig hard drives in a RAID 1
setup.

Where am I supposed to "Turn off AV file checking for FLAC/MP3 etc"?
