I know.  I still have to back up my library though.  I will not create
DVD backups.  Too much effort.  I want my library to be backed up in
it's entirety.  I may buy another pair of hard drives and build an
external raid setup for backup.

I don't listen to random music at home.  Frankly, if I am listening to
music at home, I am listening to music and that's it.  I sit down and
decide what I want to listen to.  I generally listen to the whole cd. 
And I don't buy cd's for one song.  If I don't like the whole cd I
don't buy it (Ok, one mediocre song is OK, but no stinkers allowed).  I
grew up listening to vinyl so I am used to listening to a whole album
when I sit down for a listening session.
