I am using EAC to rip my cd's. My drive is a Plextor PX-716A. I have EAC set to Secure mode and the first two boxes checked (accurate stream and drive caches audio). I also have AccurateRip installed. I have tried both the internal and external APSI interface. My system is an AMD 4200+ with 2Gig ram, 4 fast drives etc... so computer speed should not be an issue.
Rips are taking 35+ minutes per cd. Ripping was not always this slow, I have ripped cd's in 5 minutes if I remember correctly) and I don't believe I have changed any settings. Any ideas?
