I change mine after the rip with mp3tag. I load both albums into it and change the album name so that it is the same, and then let it change the track #. Just make sure that they are in the right order. I also make sure there is no discnumber tag in the extended tag window. Some albums I let it be the way the cd's are. But that is less and less anymore. It's just like letting side one and two go, just get rid of the old thinking that was limiting them to 2 albums. It actually works better with them all in the same folder as one album most of the time.
