A quick update: I let DBP run a conversion with the HDCD filter across my entire collection (30k tracks) and it found the 20 HDCD's I knew I had...plus another 12 I didn't know about and some odd compilation tracks here and there.
Took a couple of days to run while I was on Holiday.
