Ok, now I'm more confused. I ran dbp on Grateful Dead So many Roads .flac files with the HDCD DSP conversion, but the resulting files are the same, not 24 bit. I'm re-ripping the HDCD now to see if thats the problem, i.e. the HDCD wasn't in the 16bit FLAC, but then mabe I just don't understand how it could be.
