You'll have to take a look at the bug. Yes, the clipping isn't in the tags, I'm guessing that SC is calculating it based on the peak value - if it's 0.99999, there's some clipping going on. :-) Also be aware that you're running beta software with 7.4. Major changes are coming that will likely break things - new schema and the switch to SQLite.
