multilibrary is a plugin?  one of erlands?

lets say the file had a rating, and SC supports "personas" why not just
let the persona choose if it will use a files rating, or store a rating
in the SC DB only?  that way different SC users could maintain
different ratings, and one user would have the benefit of persistence.
