Use of PUIDs would only be appropriate for track based tagging, and is
probably a reasonable explanation of why Picard so often assigns tracks
to an incorrect album e.g. a compilation instead of the same album as
the other 10 tracks in the same folder.  Agree it has advantages in
uncovering the true identity of a misstagged track, but Picard's
already useful in that context.
