Yes, but that's an iOS 4 application so will only function as so on an iPhone or an iPod Touch (which have the OS that supports applications), and how much room is that going to give you for music in FLAC format in your car since they're solid-state storage devices and not the 160GB hard disk like the iPod Classic (which doesn't support apps, only firmware hacking).
