Yes, they do work in TXXX frames (I use them for the mp3's I have). It is other software outside the Squeezebox network that occasionally have problems with TXXX frames. I mostly offered up the cautions as he did ask about integration with ITunes. Frankly, I haven't found any other software that allows use of TXXX frames with mp3's. I mostly started with TXXX frames because of the flexiblity in Erland's plugins and was disappointed that a software like Mediamonkey (which is quite a flexible media manager) lacks full support of TXXX tags. I suppose Foobar might since I see a parallel with FLAC's/ogg vorbis tagging customization and custom tags, but I've pretty much limited myself to LMS for most of my listening needs and Medimonkey is only for PMP integration. Those devices are almost never flexible unless you have one that is rockbox compatible. -- emalvick ------------------------------------------------------------------------ emalvick's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35382 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80908 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
