Hi folks, sorry to bother you with a little off-topic question and for my poor English. In our station, we are planning to change the sound cards. I have 2 alternatives which I want to comment with you in order to have some feedback if someone have any experience in the use of these cards with rivendell:
1) Echo Layla3g: I've asked to Wayne Merricks (many thanks Wayne) who has Echo Gina 3G which seems really similar (Layla has more ins/outs). ( http://www.echoaudio.com/Products/PCI/Layla3G/index.php ) 2) Focusrite Saffire PRO 40: This is may favorite because it is firewire. The problem is that its support is experimental. Some people have reported to ffado that it works oks but it will be great if someone from this list could confirm it.
