Hi Geoff.

I'm still investigating getting insert break signalling through an Internet
stream in sync with the programme. I'd rather an rs232 to DTMF approach than
having to get a simgle-tone encoder and GPIO board (twice the price for two
pieces of hardware) just to send a break tone now and then. Since the last post
I've found Conex do one but waiting on a manual or answers to an email.

The Circuitwerkes one I can fake 30ms character delay using the SP macro but
I'd rather dump the whole string required to activate a DTMF tone in one swoop
with minimal delay. There must be something to that effect around. Or can I
change the character delay on the serial port somewhere for RD?

I don't want to use aux decks for break-out replacements as that means having
to manage another studios playlist as well.
