Kind of what I am finding as well.

I am just wondering what features I will be giving up (if any?) by NOT
having an ASI 6xxx series card in Rivendell? For example, I am pretty
sure with Simian [not what we use, but I am somewhat familiar with it]
you must have an ASI card for time stretching of audio. Unless they
changed that in their current version, that feature is just not
available at all without ASI.

A 6xxx is terribly expensive, but a 5xxx seems to be in the realm of
possibility (but the M-Audio 1010 with breakout box is the ideal price
range!).

Anyone want to pick up production of the M-Audio 1010 LOL?
