Do you mean an ISP for broadband or just for hosting?

I recommend Pyramid.net (though they are an NT shop) and Velocitus for
broad band. I think Velocitus does hosting too, but I haven't checked.

You can also do hosting on my sdsl line if you wish, I've been splitting
costs with others on it.
