Ignore their webpage, it lies. That is for DSL with webpage, email, etc. You can call them up and "make a deal" by telling them exactly what you need, and they'll charge you slightly less. They do impose additional charges for static IPs. Your line charge and ISP fee will appear on one bill, once a month. Heh, make sure you tell them I referred you when you call.
