Aha... what I'm really after is what the SLAs (service level agreements) are. I'm 
tired of having the cable modem go down, and hearing, we can come out next wednesday..

Granted, I don't have trouble often, but when I do, I'd like to have them respond in a 
reasonable time frame.

Do you have any experience with their response times?
