James, I just spoke with the local rep for Charter's commercial sales. He said on business class service, their goal is 2-4 hour response time, but they guarantee to fix it within 24 hours. He said the response times you were seeing before is because you are on residential service.
By the way, you're in Verizon territory, right? I heard they were putting in DSL soon.
