Speaking of VMware, version 5 beta is out for free and it seems a lot faster and functional than v4. Be warned though, there are some tricks to upgrading if you have a EMT64 or AMD64 CPU and Windows. Also, VMware 5 runs on 64-bit machines in native and 32 bit modes. Neat!
