Erik, I don't think you're really getting what I'm talking about.  There
is nothing to build a db for to authenticate anything against here. The
authentication is done by the accelerator software and it goes to the
third parties server, not to ours. I just need a place to hold the info
we used for the user/pass on the providers server.

For things like this I create a new detail item for the username and a
new plan detail that has all the info I want to pass to the
authentication server.  Then I either create a sql DB for that server to
authenticate against or do ftp event scripts.  I did this for our
wireless 802.11b service with MAC addresses and SSID's.  I  create these
custom detail items all the time to track info on customers, like who
installed their wireless service, what CPE type did they get, etc.  It
makes writing even scripts a lot easier.
