Now that is a GREAT idea! Was wondering about the possibility of
overlooking someone or worse a few here and there and then we would end
up paying for services that no one is using, but if we have an event
that sends us an email reminder that would work.

You can create your own detail item for Accelerator login, then create a
plan detail with the Accelerator Login and password. Then you could
create event scripts the send email to you or someone in your company to
remind you to turn that accelerator account on or off.

LOL

Erik, I don't think you're really getting what I'm talking about. There
is nothing to build a db for to authenticate anything against here. The
authentication is done by the accelerator software and it goes to the
third parties server, not to ours. I just need a place to hold the info
we used for the user/pass on the providers server.

For things like this I create a new detail item for the username and a
new plan detail that has all the info I want to pass to the
authentication server. Then I either create a sql DB for that server to
authenticate against or do ftp event scripts. I did this for our
wireless 802.11b service with MAC addresses and SSID's. I create these
custom detail items all the time to track info on customers, like who
installed their wireless service, what CPE type did they get, etc. It
makes writing even scripts a lot easier.
