Depends on the context. The use of the word "homo" freestanding, or as
part of a longer word (homosexual, homo neanderthal, etc)? If the context
is harassment - I might "discourage" the person using it from using it.
Yes, I'm trying to step around the can-of-worms you open when you start
banning select words. (The whole "if you want to be fair, you have to ban
all words across the board" - thing.)
