Not having written any organizational charts myself... this may be a dump
suggestion... but...
I'd use a Use Case Diagram and model it using Actors. I'd make the actor's
name the person's name, and then in the documentation for that actor I could
put whatever I wanted. And then if I wanted to get really clever, I could
extend Rose by adding in other stereotypes, etc. so that I could have
different icons for different roles or whatever. But to get started I would
use actors and draw associations between them to show who reports to who.
