Ok. I'm trying to get rid of that horrible grey blankness that occurs
after the file progress dialog disappears and before the document itself
appear while you're loading documents. Rather than deleting the view and
recreating it it would make more sense and be quicker of course to reuse
the existing view. To do that of course we need to unwind the doc
dependencies from View/TrackEditor and children and tell them to realign
with the new document. Fiddly but possible.
I notice there's also a note in App::setDocument when deleting the
AudioManagerDialog saying:
// TODO : replace this with a connection to documentAboutToChange() sig.
Obviously someone's thought about this before then. So any recommendations
while I'm having a look?
