Any minor-3rd chord with an accidental on the top note and another accidental on the lower note is drawn with the accidentals overlapping. It happens with the feta font in any size and any spacing. A good example is the chord of A#(sharp) and Cn(natural) above the A# where the sharp almost totally hides the natural.
