Can I just confirm that you have tested that Lilypond exported from the current Rosegarden really doesn't work with 2.0? You aren't only trying files from an older vintage or hand-made ones? I ask only because I'm pretty sure the current RG produces slightly different Lilypond from previous incarnations, and some of that might be because of additional strictness in 1.8 over 1.6. Probably wishful thinking to hope that that would help with 2.0 at all, but I can at least ask.
