Yes, I know -- it just took me a while to notice that the problem was 
the update in qjackctl.

Ah, I added code to do that but for some reason I forgot to call it.  
Fixed in CVS now.

Well, I could drop the "Rosegarden" from the start... and I will drop 
the "Anonymous MIDI device" bits, and only show the device name if the 
user has set one.  But I do think we should show it then.

Anyway, I've made those changes.  They'll probably change again, one way 
or another, so comments welcome.

One new problem: if a device has no connection, the instrument parameter 
box shows the name of the device in the connection label (between 
square brackets) instead of "No connection".  No idea why, yet.
