Watch me as I come with Ockham's Razor in my right hand :)
It's fuzzy, because I marked it as fuzzy just 6 or 7 hors ago before
committing ru.po.
No more, no less.

There are several more plural forms related messages that I also
marked as fuzzy.

No idea either. Though I remember that one of GTranslator's developers
was rewriting intltools, because they were clumsey. At that time
Gtranslator didn't have support for plural forms and KBabel had. This
might be related.

Yep. I will have a look at KDE's docs on plural forms this weekend,
most likely on Sunday evening and then report about my findings.
