Or, as someone mentioned elsewhere in this thread recently, you (and any 
other translators out there) can use the SourceForge CVS browser.  This 
will always get you the latest version of po/es.po from CVS HEAD:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/rosegarden/po/es.po

If you do it that way you'll then probably want to email the updated .po 
file to one of us for committing, rather than committing it yourself 
(because if you're doing it that way, that suggests you might not have 
a fully working CVS tree).  But that's not too much of a hardship.

That is of course ignoring the fact that you probably want a fully 
working CVS tree in order to test your translations in context, mind.
