I think the idea to change the directory structure and enforce one class
per file is a very fine idea. I have personally done the one class per
file method since that is what I have seen done on quite a few large
projects. No more guessing where class X is in the directories. This
work is especially helpful since the directory names give a clear
description as to what is contained in them.
