Hm. So the evidence seems to suggest the guitar and the tenor voice
should use treble -8 rather than treble -15.
The following other instruments in the presets file also use guitar
clef. Does anything here look like it wants a treble clef at -15
rather than -8?

I'd never heard of a heckelphone or chalumeau.
