I'm on the trail of all << operator errors.  I'll see to it shortly, if you can 
be wait a bit.  I didn't scope this one out on my first round of fixes.

I don't think I looked for 'ambiguous' overload errors yet.  I guess that is 
phase III of my two phase approach--LOL.
