I think that Collapse nonsense is all fixed now.
....
Now, what the heck would we ever want to use that command -- in its current
form?
I suggest we use helper.makeNotesViable() on the new selection created after
the Collapsing is complete to break and tie these insanely long notes at the
barline.
This command would "then" make sense to me.
