* Drafts stretch the gambit from chicken scratch to preprint quality. And while we might care about drafts, this group can't do much about them. THAT at least for the moment is left to the streams (principally the IETF). RFCs are not.
I hope that no draft sent to the RPC is in the first quality of category, which makes this argument kinda silly. This draft is the first to address content, and it happens after the stream has handed the draft to the RPC. At that point, everyone is expecting that the only thing to deal with is what we think of as editorial issues that do not change the semantic content of the document. Yet another reason to take this so the IETF stream.
