Sorry, I couldn't comment earlier as I *really* needed to finish some
things.

I help *quite more* than I tiny bit and I appreciate you thoughts and
suggestions. I think that's the same for the other list members. You
already had big influence and I would really appreciate if you could
continue to give advise. It's really useful. You usually can't grow if you
don't get told things that you tend to dislike (at least at first).

Look at how much the project has already changed. "Just" look at the
rsyslog-doc project, which finally managed to manifest after years of
uncessesful tries. :-). If you look at that project, you'll also realize
that it currently is *not* hosted on Adiscon's git - not by accident, but
because we are always open to try out new things. I've a couple of more
things I'd like to discuss ... but I simply didn't manage to do so (and
others have been busy as well, as it looks ;)). I actually think we all
have moved rather quickly (a special thanks to James who took over the big
doc effort!).

So let's have a break over the holiday period and when the dust has settled
in Jan, let's look at some of the open issues and see how we can do them.
Again, I would appreciate your feedback very much. It's not all or nothing.
I admit we probably won't implement all of your advise, but is that really
to be expected? I guess not. That's one reason why I ask so often on-list
for feedback. Sometimes my argument is good for the project, and we go
ahead, at other times it looks like it isn't and I need to dump the idea
(and do so).

Again, a bit thank you from my side, and hope the read you again in January!

Rainer
