Can anyone else replicate this? I haven't seen it. (But it most certainly would be a regression if it were reproducible)

we recently upgraded our 3.4.1 RT to 3.6.4 and noticed an anoying change Formerly the sent mail had an "in-reply-to" and/or "references" header,
