I had this problem the other day also.
Are you using sendmail on your
RT machine?
If so, you need to allow smrsh to run the mailgate script.
All you need to do is symlink the mailgate script into the directory
where smrsh looks. I don't know for your system, but for Gentoo this
directory is '/usr/adm/sm.bin/'.
I believe on other distro's it may be in
/etc/smrsh/?
