Hi,
Unable to send text/html mails from RT web interface. using RT 3.8.6-2 in
Debian Lenny.
I could send html mails in auto reply templates by setting content-type to
text/html. When sending mails from RT web interface content-type is changing to
text/plain, even it is html content
Is there any configuration require to enable html mail? I am facing this
problem for a long time.
I enabled PreferRichText in RT_SiteConfig.pm
