Yesterday I upgraded from RT 4.2.12 to RT 4.4.0.


Today I am sometimes getting errors like this:

for ticket 133221. aborting Ticket creation.

I am having difficulty understanding where the problem is (what's the meaning 
of "ticket groups"?) and hence how to solve it.
