Jeff, thanks for the -17, I believe (to be confirmed by Zahed and Mahesh as Deb already approved the change in the security section) that it addresses all remaining concerns.
About the YANG security template, I sincerely think that the sentence `This section is modeled after the template described in Section 3.7 of [I-D.ietf-netmod-rfc8407bis].` is useless and could be removed (RFCs never cite the template origin AFAIK).
