Till date,there has been no decision of hearing date of this appeal.
Please suggest how to proceed to get long pending hearing date.

receipt dates" with respect to the ICs. It appears that some ICs are

scheduled for hearing - case not listed in causelist - has not heard

beyond 6 months) which have not come up for hearing. For eg. I find
that IC(PB) on 19-20/Feb/08 is hearing Appeals (from an ex-IPS
officer) which was filed on 18/01/2008.
