It appears thatIC Kejariwal has not been attending the
CIC meetings as I did not find his names in some of
the recent CIC meeting minutes.
Regarding the matters not being listed, I had noticed
that even IC Tiwari's cause lists are not available on
site as well. I have also noted that decisions of some
of the hearing held months ago, never made their
appearance on the site. Were somebody to download all
the decision, would find that it does not tally with
the CIC disposal status.
Regarding the pendency, I know of several appellants
who have their appeals filed over a year ago, still in
the "wait list".
